Treaties conferring only E-2 treaty-investor status exist with the following countries:

Bangladesh Jamaica Senegal
Bulgaria Kazakhstan Slovakia

Please note: Bilateral investment treaties conferring E-2 status have been signed with the following countries but have not yet entered into the force:

Azerbaijan Haiti Mozambique
Belarus Honduras Nicaragua
Bolivia Jordan Russia
Croatia Lithuania Uzbekistan
