Q. If I want your law firm to process an H-1B Visa for me, what information do you require?
A. Here is the list of information needed. Please note, only copies of the required documents are
needed.

Evidence that the position requires a Bachelor’s degree (i.e., company job
description, résumés of current employees in same position, ads from newspapers, etc.
in similar positions)
